The unique and diverse flavour of Ethiopian Coffee makes it incomparable in taste. It has a wild richness and a winey sweet tang which is similar to the authentic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee but has a slightly less flowery aroma.
The Limu that bestows the Ethiopian coffee with the signature syrupy taste are harvested about 1600 meters above sea level in the Oromia region of southwest Ethiopia.
