Shipping & Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The 'cooling off period' 14 days does not apply to products that are custom made, personalised (ie. roasted or ground to order coffee) or perishables.
If you are however returning an item because it is damaged, faulty or in any way defective, Capasoni Ltd will refund the delivery and return fee upon receipt of the goods. If your parcel is damaged, we will gladly replace it in return for a photo of the damage to enable us to review Royal Mail's practices.
Will My Coffee Fit Through The Letter Box?
If you order 1 x 250g or 2 x 250g then yes your parcel should fit through your letter box.
